Since their inception in August 1996, Kolbe Construction Services, Inc. has been forming business partnerships that last a lifetime. Located in Columbus, Ohio, KCSI is a family-owned, faith-based business started by Dave and Kay Kolbe.
After ten years in the building industry as a project and construction manager, Dave began his own company with a mission of delivering high quality work and customer focused services. Dave and Kay quickly built a solid reputation for serving their clients and community with integrity.
From their early beginnings, KCSI’s dedicated and highly trained staff worked hand-in-hand with clients from the initial contact through the project completion. By concentrating on the development and retention of quality professionals and craftsmen within the company, KCSI established a legacy of superior construction and customer satisfaction, an attribute that has become their defining trait.
